Shipping Information

The average shipping time frame ranges from 5 to 14 business days to print, package, and ship. Orders containing multiple products may ship separately. 

If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, ProPunny will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for inputting the correct information. If the shipment is returned to the print-on-demand facility due to a wrong address and you wish to have it reshipped, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 

Lost Packages
In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.

If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office. If your product is still lost after contacting the local post office, we will investigate it further in partnership with our print providers and offer a free replacement if we determined there was an error on our part. You have 21 days from the estimated delivery date to make this claim.

Our international shipping charges do not cover any customs duties/taxes that may be applied to your package upon arrival to your country. If charged by the customs department, the customer is responsible for any charges. ProPunny is not responsible, nor in control, of any additional duties/taxes that may be applied. We are required by law, to state the value of your order’s contents. For more information, contact your local customs department.
